2. How The Shelf Works

2.1 Our Role

3. Tenants

3.1 Tenant Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Tenants must ensure all details provided during the application or rental process (including product descriptions, pricing, and personal details) are accurate and up to date.

• Insurance: Tenants are responsible for insuring their own merchandise and for any risks typically covered by occupants of retail premises (unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement).

• Product Suitability: Tenants are solely responsible for ensuring their products are safe, legal, and meet all regulatory requirements.

3.2 Rent and Payments
Any fees or rental payments due for shelf space must be paid as outlined in our separate tenancy or rental agreement. Tenants should not bypass our payment system without our prior written consent.

3.3 Cancellation Policy
